We understand that schedules change. Complimentary consultations may be rescheduled once with advance notice. Additional rescheduling requests or missed appointments will require scheduling a paid consultation at Willow Tree's standard hourly consulting rate.

Ongoing Consulting Engagements: Designed for organizations requiring consistent support, with a minimum commitment of 10 hours per month for six months.
Extended Engagement Savings: Agreements of 12 months or longer qualify for a 5% discount on consulting fees.
