Hourly Business Consulting
Ad Hoc Consulting
Flexible, hourly consulting support is available to meet your organization’s evolving needs. Services are provided remotely and can be scheduled as needed, or structured through pre-paid packages for more consistent support.
Pre-paid packages are available in 10-hour increments. For organizations seeking ongoing support, monthly engagements begin at a minimum of 10 hours per month with a six-month commitment. Engagements of twelve (12) months or longer are eligible for a 5% discount.

On-site visits are incorporated throughout the engagement to ensure meaningful, hands-on collaboration.
Advisory engagements are structured as dedicated partnerships, typically at 25 hours per week for a minimum of six months, allowing for consistent progress and sustained impact.
