Tina Gajda

Founder / Owner

With a leadership career spanning nearly 30 years, Tina Gajda has established herself as a leader in Organizational Leadership, and Administrative and Human Resource Management. Graduating with honors from Southern New Hampshire University, Tina began her journey in 1997 as a News Assistant at the Duluth (Minn.) News Tribune, where she quickly demonstrated her skills in administrative processes and organizational management.

For more than 20 years Tina worked in a variety of capacities at the newspaper, learning the tasks for several key roles in not only the newsroom, but also in circulation and advertising. She served on the Editorial Board for several years, interacting with the community alongside the paper’s executives during election forums, community events, and promotional ventures. Her dedication to readers, the community, her colleagues, and the newspaper as a whole was clear.

In 2018, Tina accepted a role as a practice manager for a group of psychiatric clinics in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. The company’s administrative team was struggling to work together cohesively, patient satisfaction was at an all-time low, and the billing cycle wasn’t keeping pace with industry standards or with revenue needs. After many conversations, the implementation of strategic performance development, and a focus on service leadership, the clinic’s administrative team became a highly effective and efficient team, and patient satisfaction soared.

Tina implemented the same style of human resource management at a biotechnology office in 2021. Those improvements led to double digit declines in employee turnover and double-digit increases in employee satisfaction in the first year. Further culture improvement initiatives assisted in continuing that trend until she left in 2024.

In 2025, Tina founded the consulting firm of Willow Tree Strategies and Solutions, LLC. She offers programs designed to enhance administrative and operational functions to streamline teams, assist with restructuring organizations, contribute to thoughtful and thorough succession planning, and empower leaders to foster employee development and success. As President/Owner, Tina brings with her the experience of leading innovative projects that have driven growth and cultivated a culture of excellence and collaboration with every business and client she has worked with. Her vision was been instrumental in transforming each of the companies she’s worked with and setting new standards in each setting.

Over the years, Tina has been recognized for her contributions to teamwork and culture development, earning accolades such as being named a Culture Champion. With expertise in organizational leadership and human resource management, Tina continues to inspire and lead with integrity in the retail, service, medical, biotech, and media industries. Her story is one of perseverance, innovation, and unwavering commitment to excellence and service leadership. She earned a bachelor’s degree in organizational leadership and a master’s degree in human resource management, both from Southern New Hampshire University.
