With nearly 30 years of leadership experience spanning healthcare, human resources, operations, organizational development, and communications, Tina Gajda helps organizations and professionals navigate periods of transition, growth, and change through practical, people-centered solutions.
Throughout her career, Tina has been drawn to organizations facing challenges that cannot be solved by policies, procedures, or systems alone. Whether supporting a healthcare practice through operational growth, helping a nonprofit strengthen its internal structure, guiding leaders through difficult personnel matters, or assisting professionals as they navigate career transitions, her approach begins with understanding the people involved. She believes that lasting solutions are built when organizations take the time to listen, communicate clearly, and create environments where people can thrive.
Prior to founding Willow Tree Strategies & Solutions, Tina spent more than two decades in media operations and leadership before transitioning into healthcare administration and human resources leadership. Across every industry she has served, her work has focused on helping organizations build stronger teams, improve communication, develop effective leaders, and create systems that support both organizational goals and employee success.
Today, through Willow Tree Strategies & Solutions, Tina partners with businesses, healthcare practices, nonprofit organizations, and professionals seeking clarity during times of change. Her services include organizational advisory, HR Rescue and compliance support, leadership development, healthcare practice consulting, executive search support, and Career Transition & Positioning Consulting.
Known for her ability to quickly identify underlying challenges, Tina combines strategic thinking with a collaborative, service-oriented approach. Tina holds a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership and a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from Southern New Hampshire University, graduating with honors.
