With nearly 30 years of experience in the professional world, there aren’t many administrative or operations procedures I haven’t performed — or policies I haven’t written or rewritten.

My leadership background includes more than 20 years in the newspaper industry, with more recent leadership roles in psychiatric care (office setting), biotechnology, retail, and the service industry. I earned a bachelor’s degree in organizational management and a master’s degree in human resource management.

My specialties include operations and administrative processes, service leadership, change management, training and professional development, performance improvement, conflict resolution, and corporate culture initiatives. My approach to all human relations issues is to get to know the human(s) involved. It has worked pretty well so far.
