Hourly Business Consulting
Consulting as needed
Hourly remote consulting services based on your business needs are available. Clients can choose to schedule time as needed or purchase pre-paid packages in 10-hour increments. A minimum of 10 hours per month for a term of six months is required for monthly package agreements. Terms of twelve (12) months or longer will receive a 5% discount.

Packages are tailored to your objectives with terms as short as six months. Services include (but are not limited to) departmental reorganization, standardized form creation, process improvement and documentation, leadership training. Includes on-site visits scheduled throughout the contract.
